Laura Norrie brings 30+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, and business development, with a specialized focus in healthcare staffing, medical coding, Health Information Management (HIM), Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), and revenue cycle workforce solutions.
She began her staffing career in 1996 with Availability Personnel, where she quickly advanced into leadership through performance, dedication, and a relationship-driven approach to recruiting.
Throughout her career, Laura balanced her professional success with raising her daughter and helping raise her three stepsons, bringing the same dedication, organization, and commitment to her family that she has always demonstrated in her career.
Laura later became a partner at Universal Coding Solutions (UCS), contributing to recruiting, business development, client relationships, and operations. Prior to its acquisition by Pettigrew Medical in 2019, UCS grew into a successful multimillion-dollar healthcare staffing organization. Following the acquisition, Laura remained with Pettigrew Medical for two years in a Director level leadership role, supporting recruiting, business development, client relationships, and strategic initiatives.
Laura continued to build her career in healthcare staffing, becoming a top-performing recruiter while strengthening long-standing relationships throughout the healthcare staffing industry.
As a lifelong entrepreneur, Laura has successfully owned and operated businesses in childcare, retail, and real estate, bringing a practical business perspective to every client relationship.
Today, through ALINTA Staffing, Laura partners with healthcare organizations to identify exceptional professionals while helping candidates find opportunities where they can thrive.
